The Colorado Cactus & Succulent Society is pleased to invite members to a special open house at the University of Colorado Boulder Ecology & Evolutionary Biology (EBIO) Greenhouse!

Unlike a traditional guided tour, this event allows visitors to explore the greenhouse at their own pace. Greenhouse managers Tom Lemieux and Janice Harvey will be available throughout the event to answer questions, discuss the collections, and share their extensive knowledge of the plants and the greenhouse.

The EBIO Greenhouse is one of Colorado's premier university plant collections, supporting teaching, research, and conservation. Home to more than 1,000 plant species representing approximately 150 plant families, the collection includes many rare and unusual plants from around the world. Society members will especially enjoy the greenhouse's outstanding collection of cacti and other succulent plants, along with many fascinating botanical specimens that are seldom accessible to the public.

Open House Times

To provide everyone with plenty of room to explore, the open house will be offered during two separate sessions:

Morning Session: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Afternoon Session: 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Each session is limited to 20 participants, and advance registration is required.

Please register for only one session so that as many members as possible have an opportunity to attend.

Space is limited, and registration is expected to fill quickly.
