Richard "Duke" Earle
I joined CCSS in January 2025 and enjoy plant propagation, especially succulents. My family grew bromeliads in our Denver home for many years, which sparked my early interest in plants. I also lived in Phoenix, Arizona for seven years and enjoyed hiking among the beautiful cacti and desert plants there. Growing cacti from seed has become a recent passion of mine.
I am a Colorado Master Gardener with Arapahoe County and a horticultural volunteer with Denver Botanic Gardens at both Chatfield Farms and the York Street location. I also volunteer in the rose garden at Hudson Gardens.
